Land Development Internship – Bangor, ME

This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world land development and infrastructure projects, from initial planning through design and permitting. Interns work alongside experienced engineers and project managers to learn how residential and commercial sites are developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site plan preparation and revisions
• Support project teams with research, documentation, and basic design tasks
• Review zoning codes and development standards
• Help organize project files and permit submittals

Who Should Apply

• Students in their 3^rd or 4^th year pursuing Civil Engineering, or related degrees
• Interest in land development, transportation, and infrastructure projects
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• AutoCAD or Civil 3D experience is a plus, but not required
